Educational objectives and employment opportunities

Master’s graduates possess advanced cultural and professional training to intervene with high-level skills in care, management, education, and research processes within rehabilitation, across the various health professions included in the class.

Graduates have acquired scientific knowledge, ethical values, and professional skills relevant to the professions in the prevention field, and have further deepened their study of the discipline and specific research.

At the end of the course, they demonstrate advanced competencies in care, education, and prevention, addressing priority health issues of the population across pediatric, adult, and geriatric age groups, as well as issues related to the quality of services. Based on their knowledge, they are capable of considering, in the planning and management of healthcare personnel, the needs of the community, the development of new work organization methods, technological and IT innovation—including teleassistance and remote teaching—, the planning and organization of educational interventions, and the harmonization of operational standards with those of the European Union.

Master’s graduates develop, also through professional experience, an integrated approach to the organizational and managerial issues of healthcare professions, qualified by mastery of healthcare management techniques and procedures, respecting their own and others’ competencies. The methodological knowledge acquired also enables them to participate in educational and research processes specific to the aforementioned fields.
