The laboratory is dedicated to clinical and translational research in the field of ocular motility disorders and pediatric ophthalmic pathologies. Activities include the study of pathophysiological mechanisms of strabismus, development of innovative diagnostic protocols for binocular coordination disorders, and evaluation of new therapeutic strategies for amblyopia and developmental ocular diseases. The laboratory employs advanced technologies for functional analysis of ocular motility and conducts prospective clinical studies to optimize diagnostic and therapeutic approaches in pediatric ophthalmology.
